Hinemoana Baker (born 1968) is a New Zealand poet, musician and recording artist, teacher of creative writing and broadcaster.

[7] Baker holds an MA in creative writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University of Wellington.

[13] Bas has co-edited the anthology Kaupapa: New Zealand Poets, World Issues in 2007 and the 4th Floor online literary journal of Whitireia Polytechnic in 2008.

[4] She is one of six German and New Zealand poets to contribute to a collection Transit of Venus,[14] published by Victoria University Press in 2016.
