Holt Township, Marshall County, Minnesota

Holt Township was organized in 1890, and named for an early settler.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 33.7 square miles (87 km2), all land.

There were 68 housing units at an average density of 2.0 per square mile (0.77/km2).

21.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 8.3% of families and 12.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including 23.5% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
