As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 390 people, 142 households, and 104 families residing in the township.

The racial makeup of the township was 97.18% White, 0.51% African American, 1.28% Asian, and 1.03% from two or more races.

23.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 1.7% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 11.4% of those over 64.
