Horky is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

Horky lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-west of Svitavy, 36 km (22 mi) east of Pardubice, and 132 km (82 mi) east of Prague.
