Horn Hill is a town in Covington County, Alabama, United States.

It had previously been an incorporated community and was listed on the 1970 and 1980 U.S. Census, but was disincorporated in 1985.

There were 126 housing units at an average density of 47.2 per square mile (18.2/km2).

35.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 21.0% of families and 22.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 23.6% of those under the age of eighteen and 31.8% of those 65 or over.
