Hot Zex is a Russian shoegaze band from Novosibirsk.

The original name of the band was Hot Zecks but it was shortened later.

The band consists of Vladimir Komarov on vocals and guitar, Anton Zenkov on bass and Konstantin Nikonov on drums.
