[1] O'Neill worked with the Bel Air Electric Company and the Harford Toll Road.
After the Wall Street Crash of 1929, O'Neill helped reorganize the Farmers and Merchants National Bank.
[1] He served as treasurer of the Republican State Central Committee for Harford County from 1947 to his death in 1966.
They had five sons and three daughters, John H., Harry St. A., James, Daniel D., Thomas H. R., Elizabeth, Peggy and Nancy.
