There have been two baronetcies created for persons with the surname Howard, both in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom.
The Howard Baronetcy, of Bushey Park in the County Wicklow, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 26 July 1838 for Ralph Howard,[1] Member of Parliament for County Wicklow.
The Howard Baronetcy, of Great Rissington in the County of Gloucester, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 1 December 1955 for Sir Seymour Howard,[2] Lord Mayor of London in 1954.
His eldest son, the second Baronet, was Lord Mayor of London in 1971.
The heir apparent is the current Baronet's eldest son Robert Picton Seymour Howard (born 1971).
