Howe is a town in Le Flore County, Oklahoma, United States.
It is part of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The town had its own newspaper, the Howe Herald, four doctors, four drugstores, a bank, two hotels and two cotton gins.

At the turn of the 20th century, the town economy was supported by the production of coal, coke, cotton and potatoes.
