Hubert Bernard MacNeill (or McNeill, March 4, 1922 – February 19, 2020) was a Canadian physician and political figure on Prince Edward Island.
He was born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, the son of Daniel Francis MacNeill and Pearl Tamlyn, and was educated at Prince of Wales College and Dalhousie University.
MacNeill served overseas during World War II.
His brother Francis and his uncle Leonard M. MacNeill also served in the provincial assembly.
