Huerfano (Navajo: Hanáádlį́) is a census-designated place (CDP) in San Juan County, New Mexico, United States.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 104 people, 28 households, and 22 families residing in the CDP.

There were 36 housing units at an average density of 1.3 per square mile (0.50/km2).

14.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
