He played there for 4 years before moving to Ereklasse team, RC 't Gooi where in which he won the league title in 2012/13 and 2017/18.
[3] In 2021 he was named part of the Delta squad for the inaugural Rugby Europe Super Cup.
[6] Hugo made his international debut against Lithuania on the 10th of November 2012 in the 2012–2014 European Nations Cup Second Division.
[8] Hugo retired at the end of the 2023 Rugby Europe Championship scoring his first and only international try.
