Humbert Howard

Humbert Howard (1905 or 1915–1990) was an American artist and art director of the Pyramid Club.

[7] From 1959 to 1961,[5] Howard studied at the Barnes Foundation, an experience that affected his style, making it more abstract.

[1] His work was included in the 1967 exhibition The Evolution of Afro-American Artists at the City College of New York.

[13] Howard's work was included in the 2015 exhibition We Speak: Black Artists in Philadelphia, 1920s-1970s at the Woodmere Art Museum.
