Huntsburg Township, Geauga County, Ohio

[4] Huntsburg is home to a sizable Amish community that is part of the Middlefield settlement, the fourth largest in the world.

[6] The township was named for Dr. Eben Hunt, an original owner of the land.

[8] The township is governed by a three-member board of trustees, who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1.

A Pumpkin Festival is held near the town hall each year in October.

The festival features giant pumpkins, live performers, contests, food vendors and more.
