Ibrahim Haddad (Arabic: ابراهيم حداد) (born 1938) is a Syrian politician who served as minister of oil and mineral reserves from December 2001 to February 2006.
Haddad was born into a Christian family in Ain Ghara Tal Kalakh, Homs Governorate, in 1938.
[5] He was an independent member of the cabinet headed by Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa Mero.
Haddad continued to serve in the same post in the cabinet led by Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Al Otari, which was formed in 2003.
Haddad's term lasted until 11 February 2006, and was replaced by Sufian Allaw as oil minister.
