Idan Shemesh (Hebrew: עידן שמש; born 6 August 1990) is an Israeli professional footballer who plays for Israeli National League side Ihud Bnei Shefa-'Amr.

[1] Shemesh started his football career with the youth teams of Hapoel Rishon LeZion and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

On 7 July 2014 Shemesh signed with Maccabi Petah Tikva and he scored the first goal in the Israeli Premier League on 10 January 2015.

On 4 September 2016 Shemesh signed with Bnei Sakhnin.

On 24 January 2019 Shemesh signed with Hapoel Haifa.
