Ieva Sargautytė (born 1981 in Vilnius) is a Lithuanian orienteering competitor.

She received a bronze medal in relay at the 2002 European Orienteering Championships in Sümeg, together with Giedrė Voverienė and Vilma Rudzenskaitė.
