[11][12] In November 2020, he was linked with moves to Legon Cities after the departure of Goran Barjaktarevic, the reports however did not come through as he continued in his role as head coach of Eleven Wonders.

[13][14] In November 2020, Osei-Fosu expressed his ambition of coaching the Ghana national football team, the Black Stars in the near future.

On 20 August 2021, Osei-Fosu signed a three-year deal with Tarkwa based club Medeama, replacing Yaw Preko who joined the club on short term contract after Samuel Boadu joined Hearts of Oak.
