Ilonda Lūse (born 11 July 1972) is a Latvian speed skater.
[1] Ilonda Luce, born 11 July 1972, in Riga(Soviet Union),[2] was the first Latvian skater to compete internationally since Latvia's independence in 1991 skater.
She completed her studies at Riga Technical University (RTU) and is currently pursuing further education at the Latvian Academy of Sport Education (LSPA).
[3][4] Ilonda Luse, Lūse débuted at the 1994 European Championships at age 22, and took part in the Lillehammer Olympics that same year, finishing 25th in the 3,000 m. Lūse, a former chemical student, participated in seven European Championships and three World Championships, but never made the final distance.
