Ilya Olegovich Kutepov (Russian: Илья Олегович Кутепов, IPA: [ɪˈlʲja ɐˈlʲeɡəvʲɪtɕ kʊˈtʲepəf]; born 29 July 1993) is a Russian professional football player who plays as centre-back for Veles Moscow.
