Ilyinka (Russian: Ильинка) is a rural locality (a settlement) in Alexandrovskoye Rural Settlement, Talovsky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia.

Between 1973 and 1991, almost all the Subbotniks of Ilyinka emigrated and left for Israel.
