Ingrid Moses

After a long academic career in Australia, Moses served as the Chancellor of the University of Canberra between 2006 and 2011.

She is married to Professor John A. Moses, former Chancellor of the University of Canberra.

She was Founding Director of the Centre for Learning and Teaching at the University of Technology Sydney between 1988 and 1993, and Professor of Higher Education from 1990.

From 1 July 1997 until 7 January 2006 she was Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of New England in Armidale, New South Wales.

[3][4] Upon her appointment as chancellor of the University in Canberra, Moses succeeded Wendy McCarthy who had held the position for ten years.
