Iris Vinton

Iris Vinton (1905–1988) was an American writer of children's literature.

One of her books, Flying Ebony (1956), was turned into a Walt Disney production titled Mooncussers in 1962.

[1] Vinton was born in West Point, Mississippi and moved to New York in the 1930s.
