Irwin Stern Moise (December 1, 1906 – October 11, 1984)[1][2] was a lawyer and judge in New Mexico.
[4] The Moise family were German Jewish merchants and civic leaders in Santa Rosa.
[6] From 1937 to 1943, he was a judge in New Mexico's Fourth Judicial District Court.
[5] In 1959, Governor Burroughs appointed him to the New Mexico Supreme Court.
[7] He retired from the bench March 30, 1970 and returned to private practice in Albuquerque Moise had a wife named Hilda.
