Isperih Municipality (Bulgarian: Община Исперих) is a municipality (obshtina) in Razgrad Province, Northeastern Bulgaria, located in the Ludogorie geographical region part of the Danubian Plain.
It is named after its administrative centre - the town of Isperih.
