Ivari Padar (born 12 March 1965[2]) is an Estonian politician.
[3][2] He was Minister of Agriculture from 1999 to 2002,[3][2] Chairman of Võru City Council from 2002 to 2005, and a member of the X, XI, XIII and XIV Riigikogu.
[5] In parliament, he served on the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (2009-2014) and the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (2017-2019).
In addition to his political work, Padar is a member of the Reconciliation of European Histories Group.
