Ivomira Mihaylova (Bulgarian: Ивомира Михайлова) (born 12 March 1990) is a Bulgarian judoka who competes in the +70 kg and +78 kg weight classes internationally, winning multiple medals at the IBSA European Judo Championships.

[1] At the 2009 International Blind Sports Federation European Judo Championships, she won the bronze medal in the +78 kg weight class.

[3] She took part in the 2011 IBSA European Judo Championships, in Crawley, England.

[4] Mihaylova was selected for the Bulgarian team at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, England, in the women's +70 kg tournament.

She reached the quarter-finals, where she lost to eventual silver medallist Turkey's Nazan Akin through an ippon.
