John Davis "Jack" Garland (8 April 1922 – 3 September 1993) was an Australian trade unionist and politician.
Garland held the post until 1981, when he was elected to the New South Wales Legislative Council for the Labor Party (ALP).
Garland served five years as vice-president of the New South Wales branch of the party.
He served in the legislative council until his resignation in 1990, when he was replaced by Jeff Shaw.
