Jack Holmes (born 5 January 1994) is a professional rugby league footballer who plays as a centre, wing, fullback, scrum-half for the North Wales Crusaders in League 1.

Holmes has previously played for the Salford City Reds,[4][5] Rochdale Hornets,[6] Halifax,[7] Oldham RLFC and the Leigh Centurions.
