Jackie Mitchell (born 1959/1960)[1][2][a] is a Canadian paralympic athlete and swimmer.

Mitchell attended A. N. Myer Secondary School.

[3][b] Mitchell competed at the 1976 Summer Paralympics, winning the bronze medal in the women's 100 m backstroke D event.

[4] She then competed at the 1980 Summer Paralympics, winning three silver medals and a gold medal in swimming.
