Jacky Wright is a Senior Partner and Chief Technology and Platform Officer of McKinsey & Company.
Her family moved to the US when she was a teenager as her father, who had worked for the Royal Air Force in the UK, believed the US provided better opportunities and role models for black people at that time.

[2] She served as corporate vice president for core platform engineering at Microsoft before joining HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on a two-year "loan arrangement" in 2017.
