Jacob Michael Italiano (born 30 July 2001)[1] is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a right back for Austrian Bundesliga club Grazer AK.

In May 2019, Italiano moved to German club Borussia Mönchengladbach.

In June 2024, Italiano joined newly promoted Austrian club Grazer AK on a three-year contract.
