[3] The Jacob Suiter House is a two-story, three bay structure built on a limestone foundation.
It is constructed of bricks that were manufactured locally, and the structure features clean proportions and simple lines.
The main entrance is located in the central bay and it is covered by a small wooden porch that is supported by slender turned posts.
Built onto the back of the house is a single story addition with a gable roof that served as a kitchen.
