Jacqueline Ntuyabaliwe Mengi is a Tanzanian musician, businesswoman and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Tanzania 2000.

Jacqueline is also the founder and chairman of Dr Ntuyabaliwe Foundation a charity organization which provides libraries and books to local primary schools.
