Jacob Harry Hoffman (July 21, 1895 – February 11, 1977) was an American football player.
[2] He played at the fullback position in the National Football League (NFL) for the Rochester Jeffersons in 1925.
[1] After his football career ended, he lived in Jordan, New York, for more than 30 years.
Hoffman died in 1977 at age 81 at Community-General Hospital in Syracuse, New York.
