Jakob Martin Pettersen (11 April 1899 – 8 February 1970) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party and Minister of Transport and Communications 1952–1955.
[2][3] In 1928, he became a member of the municipal council of Odda and he served as vice-mayor from 1932 to 1940.
[2] He was elected to the Parliament of Norway in 1945 and served to 1965; from 1959 as vice-president of Odelstinget.
