Jale Refik Rogers (born 1977) is a Turkish Cypriot molecular biologist and politician.
She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree, majoring in biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry in 1998.
She returned to Cyprus in 2007, co-founding and becoming a lecturer as an assistant professor for the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Near East University in Nicosia.
She became the founder of the Molecular Genetics Laboratory of the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in 2010.
