Jamal Sutton

Sutton played college soccer at Southwest Missouri State University, from 2000 to 2003.

[1] In 2003, he played for the Chicago Fire Premier as they went to the championship game where they fell to the Cape Cod Crusaders.

[2][3] Upon graduating, Sutton was drafted 32nd overall in the 2004 MLS SuperDraft by the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer.

[4] He saw very limited playing time as a rookie, however, appearing in only one game for five minutes.

On April 1, 2006, the Seattle Sounders of USL Division One signed Sutton.
