Jamar Lascells Samuels (born May 25, 1989) is an American former professional basketball player who last played for Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin of the Israeli National League in 2019.

[1] After going undrafted in the 2012 NBA draft, Samuels moved to Spain and signed with Lobe Huesca for the 2012–13 season.

[4] On December 4, 2014, he signed with Novipiù Casale Monferrato of Italy for the rest of the season.

[6] On July 28, 2017, Samuels signed with Romanian club SCM CSU Craiova for the 2017–18 season.

[7] On July 23, 2018, Samuels returned to Israel for a second stint, signing a one-year deal with Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin of the Israeli National League.
