James E. Curtin

[2] In 1916, along with W. P. Mahoney, Curtin bought a ranch near Oatman at Cerbat.

[6] He ran unopposed in the Democrat primary, and easily defeated his Republican opponent, R. W. Wilde, in the November general election.

[9] In 1921, Curtin, again with Mahoney, organized the Comstock Consolidated Gold Mining Company.

[10][11] In April 1922 Curtin announced his intention to run for re-election.

[12] He was opposed by Kean St. Charles in the Democrat primary, who narrowly defeated him, 967–831.
