James Graham (January 7, 1793 – September 25, 1851) was a North Carolina attorney and politician.
He was the older brother of North Carolinian senator William Alexander Graham.
James Graham graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1814 in classical studies.
Graham studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1818 and commenced practice in Rutherford County, North Carolina.
After his political career, Graham farmed near Rutherfordton, North Carolina, where he died September 25, 1851.
