James Hathaway Jackson

He was in charge of the Jackson Sanatorium at Dansville, Livingston County, New York and also served as that city's mayor.

James Hathaway Jackson was born in Peterboro, Madison County, New York, June 11, 1841.

[2] Dr. Harriet Newell Austin was his sister after she was adopted by james Hathaway Jackson's parents.

In 1876, he assumed charge of the Jackson Sanatorium at Dansville, so successfully carried on by his father for nearly 20 years.
