James Munroe Turner

James Munroe Turner (April 23, 1850 – July 6, 1896) was a Michigan politician.

[2] In 1888, Turner served as an alternate delegate to the Republican National Convention from Michigan.

[3] On September 20, 1876, James M. Turner married Sophia Scott Porter.

On November 21, 1888, James became a brother-in-law of fellow state representative Frank L. Dodge when Dodge married James's sister, Abigail Rogers Turner.
