James Murphy (Irish politician)

James Edward Murphy (28 December 1887 – 7 October 1961) was an Irish politician.

He was re-elected as a pro-Treaty Sinn Féin TD at the 1922 general election.

While a TD, he attended a Nazi-sponsored conference in Berlin where he expressed antisemitic views.
