Paula Butterly is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Louth constituency since the 2024 general election.
[1][2] Butterly was co-opted to Louth County Council in 2021 to fill the seat vacated by Colm Markey on his apointment to the European Parliament.
[3] She served as Cathaoirleach of Louth County Council from 2023 to 2024.
She was later selected with Senator John McGahon to contest the general election in the Louth constituency.
[5] A barrister by profession her father, John, was a councillor in Ardee.
