James N. Gabriel

James Nicholas Gabriel[5] (February 26, 1923 – November 26, 1991) was an American lawyer and judge from Massachusetts.

He was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.

[2] He enlisted and served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II.

[2] He served as an assistant attorney general for public works under Massachusetts Attorneys General Edward Brooke, Ed Martin, and Elliot Richardson.

From 1977 to 1990 he was a United States bankruptcy court judge for the District of Massachusetts.
