James Williams is an American football defensive end for the Florida State Seminoles.

Williams attended Park Hill South High School in Riverside, Missouri.

As a senior he had 108 tackles with 18 sacks and was named Suburban Red Conference Defensive Player of the Year.

[1] Williams played at Iowa Central Community College in 2022 and had 19 tackles and six sacks.

[3] In his first year at Nebraska in 2023, Williams redshirted after playing in four games and had four tackles and two sacks.
