Janki Lal Bhand

Janki Lal Bhand (born 1943), popularly known as Monkey Man and बहरूपिया बाबा is an Indian Saang artist and impressionist (Bahrupiya) from Rajasthan.

He received Padma Shri Award, the fourth highest Indian civilian honour in 2024.

Bhand was born on 1 January 1943 in Chittorgarh, Kingdom of Mewar.

[1] In 1963, he moved to Bhilwara and started working as a labourer in a textile mill, he eventually left the job to continue his passion of entertaining people.

[2] Bhand has been entertaining people for more than 65 years and has performed across more than 10 countries.
