Javier Ernesto Chirinos Ramírez (born 8 May 1960) is a retired Peruvian footballer and currently the manager of Cobresol in the Torneo Descentralizado.
[2] In 2001 Chirinos acted as caretaker manager of Universitario de Deportes after the sacking of Teddy Cardama.
[3] There Javier made his Descentralizado debut as a manager coaching the club for four matches in the 2001 season.
[3] Chirinos gained more experience in top-flight by acting as the caretaker manager again in 2002 after the resignation of Osvaldo Piazza and once more the following season after the departure of Ricardo Ortiz.
[3] Chirinos returned to act as the caretaker manager for Universitario for six matches in 2010 after Chemo del Solar was at the time unable to meet the requirements to coach in the Descentralizado.
