Jay Clark is the head coach of the women's LSU Lady Tigers program at the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

He graduated from Roswell High School in 1986 and the University of Georgia in 1991.
He served as an assistant with the Georgia Gym Dogs from 1990 to 1996 and head team coach and competitive director with the Athens-Clarke Gymnastics Academy from 1996 to 1998.
